1. Turn the oven to 400 degrees and preheat.
2. Line a muffin pan with 12 muffin cups.
3. Cream together the butter, sugar, honey, eggs and salt in a large mixing bowl.
4. Add the flour, cornmeal and baking powder.
5. Blend well.
6. Pour in the milk and add the corn.
7. Spoon the batter into the muffin cups.
8. Bake for 20 minutes, or until a toothpick inserted into the center of the muffin comes out clean.
