1. Preheat the oven to 400 degrees.
2. Spray a 9 x 13-inch glass baking dish with non-stick cooking spray.
3. Prepare the corn bread according to the package directions.
4. Set aside.
5. In a large skillet, brown the ground beef.
6. Add the beans, tomatoes, corn, salsa, chili powder and cumin and cook for 4 to 5 minutes.
7. Spoon the cornbread mixture into the baking dish, spreading the bottom and up the sides of the dish.
8. Pour the ground beef mixture into the center.
9. Bake for 18 to 20 minutes.
10. Remove the pan from the oven.
11. Sprinkle the top with green onions and cheese.
12. Bake for another 5 minutes.
13. Allow to cool slightly and cut into squares.
14. Serve and enjoy.
